Shipping, Returns & Warranty Policy

Custom Barres products are handcrafted and manufactured to order. Please review the following policies carefully before placing your order.

Made-to-Order Policy

All barres and mounting brackets are custom made-to-order according to your specifications. For this reason, orders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once production begins. All sales are final.

If you are unsure about configuration, bracket quantity, layout, or wood section selection, please contact us before placing your order. Our team is available to assist at support@custombarres.com or 848-245-9464.

Inspection & Replacement Claims

Please inspect all products immediately upon delivery.

Replacement claims due to shipping damage, manufacturing defects, or order errors must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items must remain in original packaging.

Claims submitted after 14 days or without original packaging are not eligible for replacement.

Replacement Process

Approved replacements due to verified damage or manufacturer error will be produced and shipped as quickly as possible. As all products are custom-made, replacement production typically requires 7–10 business days.

To request a replacement, email support@custombarres.com with:

  • Proof of purchase (name, address, invoice number)
  • Photos of original packaging
  • Photos of damaged or defective items

If approved, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued with return instructions. All returns require a return label issued by Custom Barres.

Damaged or defective items must be returned within 7 business days of receiving the replacement. Failure to return within this timeframe will result in the replacement being treated as an additional purchase.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are sent directly into production after placement and cannot be canceled or refunded. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us promptly at 848-245-9464 and via email at support@custombarres.com.

International Shipping & Returns

Custom Barres ships internationally. We do not collect or charge customs duties, VAT, brokerage fees, or import taxes imposed by your country.

Any applicable customs charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are typically due upon delivery. We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to placing your order to understand potential import costs.

Due to high international shipping costs and the custom-made nature of our products, returns from outside the continental United States are not accepted.

Limited Structural Warranty

Custom Barres products include a one-year structural warranty from the date of purchase. If your barre or brackets are proven structurally defective within one year, we will repair or replace them at our discretion.

This warranty applies to structural defects only and does not cover cosmetic damage, scratches, water exposure, improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear. The warranty is void if installation guidelines are not followed or if the Custom Barres identification label has been removed.

Custom Barres reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.
